we are from ny/nj area and we dont have the baymonts out there . we were here in illinois visiting some relatives and stayed at couple of baymonts, they seemed allright. price is economy and the service is about avg. too.. we can not afford over 90-100 $ a night so in our budget the baymont fit right and every thing at this place was right too. staff was pleasent and looked like rooms were recently remodeled. we could still see the tags of new furniture in the rooms. we liked the breakfast with out a doubt. after all very nice .

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! My girlfriend and I often take road trips and stay at a lot of hotels, and this was one of our best experiences. Our room was very clean and had every helpful amenitiy for a few day stay. Breakfast was great, pool & hot tub were very enjoyable! Everyone we encountered on the staff was very friendly and helpful from front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast lady. Would stay again anytime!

“nice n simple”

it was first time i stayed with baymont and it was first time that i stayed at any other hotel in springfield where i used to stay forever . my hotel could not keep my reservation and when i got there i had to hear that they are sold out ever after i made my reservation 2 months ago . i was so angree in myself. finally i called around and i found baymont fitting in my budget that my company would allow me to stay for a night.

in very simple words i would say that i liked this place, very quick chek in, nice breakfast, friendly staff and the wireless internet was the fastest internet i ever found then any other places i have stayed.

we reserved 2 rooms for our family and we were stuck in traffic jam cause of an accident on I 55. the clerk from the hotel called us at 10 p.m to make sure if we were coming or not so they can decide to sell our room or not .......... i really liked that cause in past it happened in springfield that one of the major chain hotels sold our rooms with out even calling us.

it was clean, peaceful and the most i liked is it was smoke free environment ............. the pool and spa was excellent as they had nice techno music playing.

in the morning the breakfast room was overcrowded, we were afraid if they are going to run out of things before we get them. but we had a nice breakfast. the only thing i didnt like is the breakfast room is little small and we had to have our breakfast without chairs as there were people occupying all the tables and chairs .......... but overall very nice stay ........... very nice service too ......... will stay again for sure
