We happened upon Glafkos in October, 2012. Although many (most?) of the seaside restaurants had closed for the season, Glafkos was open. We tried two of their fish dishes and were delighted! Good, clean, delicious preparation, wonderful presentation. Our waitress was helpful and spoke English better than some of my neighbors at home. We were impressed, and returned the next night. Our waitress recognized us immediately and gave us her recommendation of a fresh bream which was outstanding. Their octopus salad was better than any we had tasted! Nicholas, the chef-owner came to our table to discuss our meal. It was an idyllic setting on a lovely beachfront. You must try this one!
