Okay, it is mostly not "classic" sushi--I have eaten a lot of Japanese food but never seen a "jalapeño bomb sushi roll" before--but this conveyor-belt sushi place is interesting and better quality than similar establishments elsewhere. They do have classic sushi items such as tuna and tamago, as well as quality healthy items such as edamame (very high quality edamame, I might add) and fresh fruit. Everything was fresh; I did not experience the problems mentioned by other reviewers. Service was very fast and attentive. High quality hot green tea. Ramune for the kids. "Sushi" selections were trendy and interesting (in addition to jalapeño items, they had fried octopus balls, Hawaiian poke, cream cheese gyoza, and other "exotics"). Everything is carefully labelled on the conveyor belt. Reasonable prices. It's "pop" sushi, not classic--but we loved it.
