“Cheese!!!...need I say more?”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2014

All kinds of delicious cheese here and lunch items...the mac n cheese though is really good and to me (and many others) is the real standout...eat some here or get it to go as we did and included it in a nice homemade meal at a cabin in the woods at Mt. Rainier National Park.

Note: many of their cheeses and their mac and cheese can be found at Central Market grocery stores ( across the South ), Market Street grocery stores, and Whole Foods.

Two types of Mac and Cheese, normal and a spicier one. Available in two sized tubs. Very tasty penne pasta (not macaroni) generous portions.

“place of interest but not that great”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2014 via mobile

i went there cuz its a popular place, they make the cheese there, can see thru window, so i tried the "world famous" mac n cheese, its just ok, i mean its fresh but it wasnt mind boggling and delicious, i still prefer Kraft store bought mac n cheese myself.

“I've had better”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2014

Maybe my expectations were too high going in, but I wasn't that impressed with the mac n cheese. That being said, I did go to school in Wisconsin, so that's pretty tough competition to live up to. That said, I prefer the mac n cheese at Noodles and Co to what I had here, and it was pretty pricey for the small portion. I wouldn't be rushing back.

“Get the curds, skip lunch”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2014

The curds are great and watching them make the cheese is interesting. The "world's best" mac and cheese is not, although it is OK. The crab sandwich was good, not great. Overpriced and seating is uncomfortable and very limited.
