There is almost always a line. Those are the folks waiting for the best Mac and Cheese but you can go around the line and into the store if you want to buy just really good cheese. It's worth the trip down to the market and there is usually a batch of cheese in the works in the big vats where passerbys can view through the window. There are many different kinds of cheese and I haven't tried them all, the ones I have tried were a great example of artesian crafted cheeses. It's a place I always bring visiting friends to when we go to the market, we stop for pickles then cheese then bread and head to the totem poles for a great place to take in the view.
