“Yumm!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2013 via mobile

We had lunch at Serious Pie for the first time, it was delicious! Light but filling, tried the soft egg with roasted asparagus and would definitely have again. Also had a slice of triple coconut Crume pie from the bakery, it was delish!

“5 Stars”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 20, 2013

Not your average pizza - the toppings are all artisanal and of very high quality. Really good pizzas -just fantastic with a glass of red wine and good company. Unfortunately it's always crowded and we always have to wait for a table - but it is worth it !

“It's a serious pie”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

Seriously delicious. Came in on recommendations and was not disappointed. We split the charcuterie plate as an app and it was fantastic. Duck pate, chorizo, duck pastrami, marcona almonds, a pickled broccoli rabe (!)...mmm. Followed it with the wild mushroom with truffle cheese pizza. Pizzas are light, and ours came with chunks of local mushrooms. The crust though...that crust is amazing. It's brushed with lightly salted olive oil, which adds a really neat flavor and it's light and crispy.

We had a $3 local beer (Ranier) - which we deduced to be the local equivalent of your local beer (Natty Boh for those from MD). Good light beer to wash the delicious flavors down with.

“Delicious pizza with unique toppings”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2013

I've been to Serious Pie twice, and would definitely go back. Tasty pizzas with unique toppings (think guanciale and penn cove clams). Forget Hawaiian or Meat Lovers; "soft-cooked duck egg and asparagus" has become my new favorite topping combo. I would recommend going during the much more affordable (and roomier) happy hour (3-5 p.m., M-F) since the restaurant can get extremely crowded and seating felt cramped during dinner, as the majority of tables are shared seating.

“Great Flat Bread Pizza”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2013

Had a tomato and mozz flat bread pizza and a Chuckanut Pilsner. Tasted great, but a little expensive. $25 for one person....kind of high priced I thought.
