We were here for a convention/seminar and it is far from my favorite convention venue. Since it is downtown it can't spread out with a big footprint like some other venues so it went up. This means that meetings and exhibits are spread out over multiple floors that you have to ride 5 or 6 different escalators up and down to move between them or ride one elevator halfway up and switch to another elevator to go the rest of the way up.
The facilities themselves were nice enough, however and the staff wasn't unfriendly. The location is good, with plenty of housing and food options around, even if it is a bit far from the airport (you're looking at a $50 taxi ride from the airport and a $40 ride back). There is a shuttle you can take to and from the airport to this area but with more than one person, you quickly reach the cost of a taxi anyway.
