I'm still not sure where all these reviews came from that mention terribly high prices - But with any place you go in downtown Seattle, they are always going to be higher than those at your local Sheri's or Denny's! - You do pay for the "ambiance" in the city, and fortunately at all the Tom Douglas restaurants, you will get what you pay for. Lola has a decidedly Greek influence in most of it's offerings, especially lunch and dinner. If you love good kabobs, go try theirs! And we were surprised at the wonderful breakfasts we found there on a recent stay in downtown Seattle. They offer many of the tried and true "American" standards for breakfast, but also throw in some nice creative touches. I had a great omellete, Sweet Fennel Sausage with Feta and Cilantro. The bread probably came from the Dahlia Bakery, because that toast was perfect! All in all, our breakfast cost less than the one we had at Andaluca, in the Mayflower Hotel the previous morning.
