One of our favorite Seattle restaurants, Chinese - the owner is from Hong Kong and Buddhist - and vegetarian. Ask her for suggestions as to what's in season. Excellent food and very extensive menu: dim sum any time, fresh vegetables, luscious tofu, various mushrooms, yummy soups. Only a few desserts, but who needs them. We've taken suspicious meat eaters who were very pleasantly surprised. And inexpensive - stuffed for $10. Clean, attractive, tasteful place settings. Go with friends so you can share.
