“Outstanding”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2012

Food carefully prepared and presented. Kitchen staff knows what they are doing all the time....professionally led by Brock Johnson, an under appreciated Top Seattle Executive Chef! Good service and atmosphere...our favorite in Seattle and will return again and again.

“Past it's prime”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2012

This was one of the Tom Douglas places I'd yet to visit, and I am sorry that I did.

Service was perfunctory and completely lacking in enthusiasm. We had an appetizer of fish items that was horrible. Nothing on plate tasted delicious and one of the last items (I think it involved smoked salmon) made me wish I could vomit to improve the taste in my mouth.

I ordered the duck and can say that whoever prepared it should be arrested for besmirching the reputation of ducks everywhere. It was dry as though it sat around for a long time before being reheated and served. It lacked flavor as well.

The dining room was nice as was the hostess who greeted us.

Tom seriously needs to pay attention to his legacy restaurants and what they are currently up to.

One member of our party became sick shortly after dinner.

“Great Experience”

Food was simple, yet elegant. Crab cake was great. The coconut pie - yummy, but not outstanding...

“Beautiful decor + creative menu.”

Great food & beautiful decor. Portions are not large but we enjoyed trying our favorite seafood prepared in new & creative ways.

“Coconut Cream pie”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2012

You should get the coconut cream pie to finish off your meal, regardless of what it is.
