Description: One of Seattle’s proudest traditions is the Pike Place Market, right next door. The market thrives by providing the highest quality seasonal products indigenous to the Pacific Northwest. This allows Cutters--totally remodeled in April 2012--to be directly influenced by the unique nature of the market. Because of Cutters' ongoing commitment to incorporate only the finest seasonal Northwest ingredients in all menu offerings, we can truly say: “If it’s there, it’s here."

“Yummy food with a great view”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2013

Sat in the bar instead of waiting for a table and the full menu is available there. Started with the fried cheddar curds - quite satisfying after a long trek through downtown, especially accompanied by a decent sized martini. The pan seared jumbo scallops were perfection, although the carrot puree did nothing for them. The star of the plate was the pulled pork risotto! We all agreed we'd order that if it was offered as an entree or even as a side. Others had the house chopped salad with crab added and the fish and chips, all very tasty.

We had the clam chowder, king crab legs, and apple cobbler. The food was fantastic. The service was top notch. The view is spectacular.

“Mediocre at best!!!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

Service was fair, food was fair. 1/2 pound crab legs - hardly any meat, over cooked, mostly shells. Shrimp cocktail over cooked. With all the good restaurants in seattle not sure I would recommend.

“Beautiful view only”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 7, 2013 via mobile

We chose this restaurant for the view and in mood for seafood our first day in Seattle. The food was okay. Husband and daughter ordered seared scallops and got 2 scallops that tasted okay. I ordered soft shell BLTA sandwich. Menu described as bacon, lettuce, fried green tomato sandwich with avocado and soft shell crab. There was NO bacon or lettuce. There was a red tomato topped with Parmesan cheese. Left disappointed. When we left e noticed all of the other tables had a basket of fresh bread. We never got any bread. Go down to Ivars for seafood with a view.

“Surprisingly friendly and reasonably priced”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2013

The staff was extremely nice. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. They provide free shuttle service to and from the restaurant from downtown Seattle Hotels and if you park at the parking garage they validate your parking. I would definitely suggest this restaurant as it was a refreshing change to a very busy restaurant in a high tourist area.
