“Great lunch spot”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 28, 2013 via mobile

I've been to Fuji Sushi twice and had an excellent meal both times. The bento box is a great lunch special. The sushi is fresh and the teriyaki chicken is a must try.

“Excellent food and sake selection”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 29, 2012

This restaurant was a great find on Yelp. Me, the hubby, and in-laws ventured out to the International District after Thanksgiving day to see what the ID in Seattle had to offer. Between the many sushi restaurants, we chose this place based on the huge Sake selection. My husband drinks sake religiously so he wanted to make sure the place offered a good selection. Everything we ate that night was very delicious. The Gindara Misozuke was heavenly. Aside from the wait (busy night and no reservation) we were all happily satisfied and stuffed.

“Great fresh sushi and awesome black cod”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

My wife and I flew up to Seattle from the bay area for a wedding and wanted to sample what the city had to offer as far as sushi. We love eating sushi and wanted to see if Seattle was comparable to San Fran. We had several recommendations by friends but decided to go to Fuji Sushi in the city's International District since Shiro's sushi restaurant was all booked for that evening.

My first impression of the place was that the decor was very nice...My wife and I also noticed that the restrooms were very cleaned which is always good in our book. Now on to the food. On top of our nigiri orders, we ordered edamame, chicken karaage, and their Black cod. We've been sightseeing earlier that morning and did a lot of walking we both had quite an appetite. Every piece of the nigiri orders were delicious and fresh however their Aji was "oh my god" delicious. The black cod was as good as it can be and we left the place wanting to already come back. We'll be sure to head back to this place if we are ever in Seattle again. Hopefully not for another wedding as the one we attended was a dread. Im sure my wife won't be too happy with that statment.
