“Nice little motel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

We chose this motel because it was priced under $100/night in a city with very over priced accommodations, and because it is located in a part of Seattle we tend to spend time in. We found it very satisfactory. Clean and surprisingly quiet considering it is located on a very busy street in a very large city. The owners were a friendly and helpful.older couple. The room was modestly decorated and included a microwave and mini fridge. There was no coffee maker but the convenience store located on the property offered coffee to guests of the motel at no charge. The few negatives include: no pool, no breakfast (continental or otherwise), and dirty exterior (which really was just normal wear and tear from an older building in a large city...there was no trash of any kind anywhere.)

This was a clean family type hotel that provided a mini-kitchen, plenty of towels, a convenicence store on site with good prices The manager and staff were friendly. Bus stop right outside the door and worthwhile to use to get to Zoo and downtown and make any transfers there. Budget friendly but there is street noise as in all big cities Would recommend

Room Tip: Ask for a 2nd floor if noise a problem

Nice clean friendly motel - would recommend if you are on a budget
Simply furnished but quite comfortable, close to local zoo which is worth a visit too.
BUs stop outside to take you to town and back where there is plenty to see and do to keep everyone happy.

not a great stay
staff friendly, but lack of professionalism, need some time to find my booking.com reservation
no coffee-maker in the room
not very clean, the vacuum cleaner should really come there more often
cannot be quieter because of the traffic on the highway passing along
old abandonned cars on the car park
security of the neighbourhood remains doubtful when you leave your room to go the restaurant
hopefully not to expensive

Room Tip: if your vallet can stand a litlle higher price, go further ahead towards downtown on Aurora , you w...

Front desk service was just adequate, nothing to write home about. The room stank of smoke as well as the bedding, so bad it left a taste in the mouth. Door did not fit too well with gaps all around. No coffee machine at all. The room was dated in the wrong direction. But it was the smell that did not make it a pleasant experience.
