“Stunning and Unique!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2013

We were already fans of Chihuly's work, having seen his art in Las Vegas (Bellagio Hotel), and Tacoma, but had not been to this venue. Situated right near the Space Needle, the Experience Music Project and the terminus of the monorail, this amazing exhibit is not to be missed. Even if you aren't particularly interested in art, these displays are so unique and beautiful that they can capture the imagination of just about anyone, including children and teens.
The indoor exhibit takes up several rooms, each one a different type of setting. After you've seen that, you can go outside into the garden which has many more sculptures in a botanical setting. Everything is on one level, so it is easily accessible to wheel chairs and strollers. There is also a lovely gift shop that has lots of arty and unique things, including some glass pieces by Mr. Chihuly, if price is no object! One could certainly spend a very long time taking in all the colours and shapes and amazing ideas, but you can comfortably see this exhibit in an hour or a little less.
Oh, and you are welcome to take photos, and there were lots of people, including myself, reveling in the opportunity! Check this out, you won't be sorry!

“Incredible”

A tremendous experience. Visually stunning. Well worth seeing. Bring your camera. There is a person taking pictures at the show. Take advantage of that as the photo quality is good and it's free.

“Breathtaking”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2013 via mobile

It does cost a pretty penny to get into this attraction but I'd say it's well worth it. Take your time and enjoy the amazing glass artwork and read the information on the walls. Right before exiting to the gift shop there is a small theater that shows a few different videos of Chihuly doing his work. Sit through a few of those. Its worth it. I find very little art to be awe inspiring these days, but his truly is.

“Beautiful”

Lovely, large glass sculptures. Warning: do not touch them!
Try to take a walk by in the evening as you can see many of them from the walkway and they are beautifully lite up.

“Beautiful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2013

We held a customer event at the Space Needle and included the glass garden as part of the event. Everyone had a great time and loved the glass garden. It was beautiful on a crisp, clear winter night. I can only imagine how beautiful it will be on a warm summer day or night.
