I stayed 6 nights and had issues over the course of the stay including: items in the room not being replenished (i.e., coffee, cups); keys not working (remade literally 5 times); ice machine was broken the entire length of my stay; a purchase at the restaurant was billed to my room even though I had paid for it with my credit card - and upon check-out had to pay for it again until I showed my on-line bank statement proving I had already paid for it; and a thrermostat that was set at 64 degrees but did not keep the room cool. Lots of money to be that frustrated for a week. When I brought one of these many problems to the hotel's attention, people were nice about helping, for the most part. But I went on a trip to enjoy my stay, not to have to address a bunch of avoidable issues. I seriously could not recommend this hotel, very disappointing.
