“Beautiful campus”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2012

Worth the trip. It is really one of the most beautiful campuses I have seen and that is comparing it to most of the IVYs and the East Coast Southern schools.

“High School Student Tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2012

We took our High School Junior on a tour with the admissions office and they were fantastic hosts. Talking with an actual admissions official who is on the team to review student applications gave our prospective young Husky a chance to ask real questions and get beyond the rumors of how the process works. Then a student volunteer led a tour which gave even more insight to actual life at the UW. Great introduction for prospective students with facts and advice.

“Great University”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2012

The dorms were in need of some work and the food was dorm food but the campus with all of the historic buildings was amazing. Walking through the campus in the morning breathing the fresh air and seeing the historical buildings made dorm life a bit better.

“Blossoming Cherry Trees on the Quad”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2012

Early in the spring the crowds come to University of Washington Quad to revel in the blossoming Japanese cherry trees. They have graced the Quad for decades, and each year photographers and viewers join the students for a mini-festival. Photographers: bring your tripod and plan to spend several hours. Lighting is good all day, especially if it is sunny. Expect to include people in your shots. Parking is free on campus Sat afternoon and all day Sunday.

“Fun place to walk around, reminisce, and explore”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2012

Beautiful grounds and fascinating old buildings. Always lots going on in "Red Square." Much has not changed in the 30 years since I graduated, so fun to visit again.....
