“Don't order food, enjoy the show”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2013

Triple door is a good setting and brings in fairly great artists. The issue is some of the food on their menu. So far, I have not found any of their food item to be inspiring except the green papaya salad. So after trying several times to try various menu items to see if next one will be better, I believe I will just order salad and possibly try dessert.

“Great Venue - Great Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

Have been to the Triple Door on numerous occasions and it is one of the best small venues I have ever been to. I prefer smaller groups than rock bands and this is the perfect spot for it. The food comes from the Wild Ginger restaurant which is located above the TD and it is asian influenced and very good.

“Dinner & Great Music”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2013

A friend and I surprised our wives by taking them to Seattle and the Triple Door for dinner and live music. We reserved a booth near the stage that was very comfortable. Being show to our seats by one of the many staff was a great way to get the evening started.

We were then immediately greeted by our server who took great care of us during dinner and the show and we must of had at least 5 other staff bringing food and drinks to our booth so the service level is excellent.

Dinner and appys were all very good. The flavour and quality of the food was excellent and the portions were large. We could have shared two or three dishes for the four of us. The Thai fusion was a nice change from standard seafood menus!

Our only disappointment was that with a second show happening (we came to the early dinner seating) our evening at the Triple Door ended too soon. The band (Irma Thomas, who was fantastic) played one set for about an hour and then was done.

Guys (or Gals) , if you want to impress your significant other, take in a night at the Triple Door.

“Great date spot!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

Really liked the Triple Door and wish we had this type of venue back home. Great spot for locals or visitors alike. Seating was very comfortable and the show started on time as expected. It was a very intimate setting, good for a date to listen to good music and have a nice meal. Pad Thai was amazing! Service was good as well.
