“Should be ranked higher”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2013

I have stayed at several hotels in Seattle for work. This is by far one of the nicer ones and I would highly recommend it. The rooms are very nice and exceeded my expectations. The gym was also very nice.

“Very nice hotel, good location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 7, 2013

I was in town for a conference and stayed at the Grand Hyatt. I was very pleased with the accommodations. The rooms were nicely laid out with a large bathroom, walk in shower and lots of counter space. My only complaints were with the lack of outlets at the desk area and the low quality bath towels. There are several nice dining options. The Ruth's Chris of course was excellent but is high end. There is a Starbucks in the hotel as well as a nice deli/market that provides breakfast, lunch and snack choices. The hotel is a block from the convention center and near many nice restaurants as well as the Pike Place market. I will definitely return to this hotel when my travels take me back to Seattle.

“Modern, clean and comfy in downtown Seattle”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

I travel to Seattle frequently and discovered the Grand Hyatt last year after switching from a horrible room at the Westin Seattle. I was immediately hooked and have stayed here almost every time I visit. The rooms and bathrooms are pretty large for a downtown hotel, and well decorated. It's conveniently located near tons of restaurants and public transportation. You can get a coupon for breakfast at Urbane in the Hyatt Olive 8 which is a great restaurant. The staff are always friendly and helpful. One of my favorites.

Room Tip: A water facing view is always a treat. Ask for a high floor - if you face west, you might hear the...

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback and thank you so much for choosing to return to the Grand Hyatt Seattle so often. It's so great that our beautiful and spacious rooms and bathrooms make your stays with us pleasant as your comfort and happiness are our number one priority. It's great that you've also been able to check out our sister property, the Hyatt at Olive 8 and eat the delicious food that Urbane has to offer. We look forward to seeing you during your next stay in Seattle!

“Great location, elegant rooms”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

I was staying at the Grand Hyatt in Seattle for one night just before Christmas to watch a show at the Paramount Theater, that was literally just a stones throw away. Check in was completed swiftly and the staff was very friendly. The room had a decent size, super comfortable bed/pillows and linens. The bathroom was very large and had a separate shower and bathtub. I also tried out the sauna and steam room which were great - especially on a cold winter day.
