“As good as it gets”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2012

I've been in Seattle for 22 years. I've eaten at the best places. Copperleaf is the best of them all. Can't wait to go back.

“Excellent food, service and atmosphere. A bit pricey.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2012

The Copperleaf is on the Cedarbrook Lodge property. I have dined there 2 times. Good food, service and atmosphere. The prices are a bit high and the portions are on the small side. However, it is worth a try if you are staying at the Cedarbrook and don't want to venture out for a meal.

“a very pleasant surprise”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 29, 2011

You don't always expect an excellent meal staying at a lodge for a conference. We ate at the Copperleaf. while staying at the Lodge. There is a limited number of tables, so it is worth making a reservation, even if staying at the lodge. The menu is northwest cuisine, and is interesting and varied. The waiter made good recommendations – I had the pheasant, which was excellent. A good local wine list, excellent service – really a first class experience that we weren’t expecting. Our waiter, Tim, did a great job.

“Very fine dining indeed.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 23, 2011

I am always very pleasantly surprised - even after many visits - to be able to eat such wonderful meals in SeaTac!! The menu is seasonal and fresh, the 4 course set meal with wine is a bargain (though not cheap), and the service is very professional. I frequently dine alone and find that I am treated well - - -this is often not the case at upscale restaurants that think they are losing money if there is an empty chair anywhere in the room. I am planning to eat Thanksgiving dinner at the Copperleaf and I am really looking forward to it

“Outta this world, both the food and the service”

Order the prawns, you won't be disappointed. Wait staff were simply exceptional. Many complimentary comments from others staying at the lodge. Disappointed I had only planned one meal there. Am definitely returning.
