“The history of Seattle”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2013

If you want to learn anything about the history of Seattle, be sure to visit Lakeview Cemetary, which is where most of the city founders and pioneers are buried. It also happens to be next to Volunteer Park and in the exciting Capitol Hill neighborhood.

“Famous Gravesite”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

I suppose if you are going to be buried somewhere, this would be the place. Its beautful and over looks The Sound. Very hilly. We stopped to pay hamoage to Bruce and Brandon Lee's grave. A little busy, but still very peaceful.

“Really pretty cemetery...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2012

This is where Bruce Lee and Brandon Lee are buried, which is a main attraction. The cemetary is very nicely kept and really beautiful. I'm not much for going to cemeteries for fun, but it was lovely.

“Beautiful cemetery”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2012

I like history and thus like visiting old cemeteries - see the gravesites of the city's pioneers. Lakeview cemetery was beautiful. We were able to see a lot of Seattle's prominent people's gravesites including that of the Denny's. Also visited Bruce and Brandon Lee's which was another reason for visiting - having grown up watching Bruce Lee films.

“Bruce Lee's final resting place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2012

I hate cemetery's!
But as a man that grew up watching Kung-Fu theatre and all his movies, there is no way i could not visit Seattle without stopping by and paying respect to Bruce Lee.
It is very sombering to see the graves of Bruce and son Brandon, but i also felt pride and happiness in knowing i was able to pay homage to him in person.
