“Super awesome!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2014

It was great! I really loved it. Their customer service is suuuper nice and very friendly. Their beds are just PERFECT, big pillows! Cleaning service is just ideal. The only bad thing is their food :( . I went there during winter time, so I asked for a hot chocolate and a chicken salad, but salad tasted like nothing(pretty bad) and my hot chocolate was COLD chocolate.. (i seriously wanted hot chocolate, I was not kidding!) Overall, please go there. It's a great place! :)

This was our first trip to Seattle and we had a great time ! Stayed 5 night. To start, price was the best we found for such a quality hotel. Staff at front desk were very friendly and explained everything we needed to know including the fact that they had a 24 hr free shuttle within a mile radius of the hotel. The staff was great and bent over backwards to accomodate us, even arranging to have our bags picked up for us while we were siteseeing. We used the shuttle every day which saved us a lot of money that we could spend on dining out and visiting the local sites. The shuttle drivers were very friendly. The hotel was in walking distance of the Space Needle and EMP Mueseum. The room was so spacious and pretty modern/up to date with decor. There was a mini fridge as well as a little kitchen counter. The bathroom area was separated. Sink, mirror, and counter space was separate from the toilet and shower by a door which was actually nice. There was a flat screen tv with many options as far as tv or movies. The queen bed was actually very comfortable and so were the pillows. They offered a fantastic hot breakfast from 7-10 am that we enjoyed every day with lots of healthy options. Overall, we were very happywith this hotel and plan on staying here again next time we visit Seattle!

This was my first time at this hotel in Seattle and they definitely impressed me! Stayed one night with a few friends in a 2 queen room that also had a sleeper sofa. To start, price was very affordable, especially split 3 ways. Staff at front desk were very friendly and explained everything I'd need to know including the fact that they had a 24 hr free shuttle within a mile radius of the hotel. Let me tell you, this was so beneficial and definitely got our use out of it. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and talkative. The room was so spacious and pretty modern/up to date with decor. The sleeper sofa was huge and it had a hideaway bed. There was a mini fridge as well as a little kitchen counter. The bathroom area was separated. Sink, mirror, and counter space was separate from the toilet and shower by a door which was actually nice. There was a flat screen tv with many options as far as tv or movies. The beds were actually very comfy and so were the pillows. The elevators were spacious and there were 2 of them. The walls must be pretty thick because we couldn't hear the elevators which were near us or the people in the next room. They offer a continental breakfast from 7-10 am but we didn't make it down in time for that. Overall, I'm very impressed with this hotel and plan on staying here again next time I visit Seattle!

We entered this hotel and immediately felt at home, the night manager's name was Dan. He will tell you anything you need to know, point you in the right direction, sit down and have a coffee and a chat with you. The hotel is very clean and well catered for. Breakfast excellent as with the other food choices. They have a courtesy bus that will take you into the city. This hotel is within walking distance of the Seattle Space Needle, and heaps of other restaurants. Can't wait to come back to this city and especially this hotel

Room Tip: Ask for rooms that face the space needle

This is so far the best place we stayed in downtown Seattle as far as comfort, service and value. Rooms are large and comfortable. Reasonable price. Very good breakfast (free). Hotel is close to everything. We never had a better stay in Seattle! Will come back.

We had hoped for a high-rise view of the city - and checked out various places... Prices were fairly high the week following Christmas. A family of six can pose a challenge for quality, price and experience. However, we called Hyatt through our Costco Membership and they discounted this place by 10% - parking was a mere 20.00 as opposed to 36.00+ at other hotels, etc. And, a standard (fairly diverse) breakfast was served with the room-rate. We had a double queen room with pullout sofa - the room was not overly large, but sufficient. The second-story "space-needle" view was fine however we could not see much more. It's not a high-rise but a 7 story building within walking distance to the needle. The interior was nicely done - the pool was average with no view. All-in-all - this place was a nice find for the money and we could take their transport shuttle free to any destination within 1 mile. We avoided driving during this peak time which worked out nicely - the shuttle was a bit of a wait but, it paid for itself. Consider this option to save some cash when traveling with a group over 5. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive! Thanks!

Sharp upscale hotel with a great staff aiming to please you. Located a couple of short blocks to the Seattle Center, Chihuly museum of Glass ( amazing place), Space Needle, Opera, Ballet, Bell town, and to the monorail for a quick ride to "downtown" shopping. I'm a Washingtonian who prefers this hotel to the more expensive ones downtown when I need to "do the city" and I really don't want to waste all my time looking for a place to park! I like a nicely appointed room with all the modern hook ups and a great bed... plus it's quiet!

Room Tip: We had a King room with a very good view of the Space Needle. We were on the 8th floor facing west...
