Description: Centered around the cuisine, decor and imagery of the French Quarter and New Orleans and creating the feel of the Big Easy, Toulouse is one of the most intricate and ambitiously built restaurants in a generation. Our expansive menus offer culinary diversity and range from traditional Creole and French Quarter menu choices to traditional Parisian and French countryside preparations to more innovative dishes that are entirely unique to Toulouse. At Toulouse we are tremendously committed to offering value in all of its various forms, which includes our intricate and texturally rich decor, cuisine prepared with discipline and skill, fabulous cocktails, a diverse Northwest and French centered wine list, unrepeatable and unique people, and accessible prices in an adult escapist and community environment.

“Terrific place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2013

Based upon TripAdvisor recommendations, we decided to give this restaurant a try for something a little different. We contemplated canceling our reservation after a busy day of shopping and we thought we wanted something a bit closer to our hotel but are we ever happy that we decided to go. Both the food and the service were excellent. I would almost make a special trip to Seattle (from the northeast) just to dine here. My friend and I decided to share multiple dishes and every one of them was flavorful and delicious. Grilled Octopus was perfectly done and tender. Crawfish Beignets were pop-in-your-mouth delicious. Jambalaya was hearty and full of flavor. And I could go on but you must try it for yourself. Reservations appear to be essential as the restaurant was constantly packed while we were there. I can't wait until I'm back in Seattle again to make a return visit.

“Fantastic fare!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2013

If you want to have gourmet fare in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere this is the restaurant for you. Located in the Queen Anne neighborhood, it is an easy walk to and from many attractions. We found the prices fair and the quality of the food was gourmet. We highly recommend this restaurant, thanks Toulouse!

“Must eat in Seattle!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2013

Truly excellent food, down to earth and friendly service. The Creole style food was fantastic, I tried to beignets, bbq shrimp & grits, and fried chicken gumbo. All were delicious!

“Amazing brunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2013

Pork confit hash, brioche French toast with caramel syrup, bananas foster pancakes, shrimp and grits, amazing pot of French-press coffee. Best meal we had in Seattle (caveat: we were with elementary-aged children, so we spent most of the time in search of good burgers, rather than a fantastic meal). Beignets did not compare to Café Du Monde (New Orleans) and recommend you skip them.

“Always Fabulous”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013

Brunch at this New Orleans-style bistro is outstanding, starting with the beignets and French press coffee. The menu is extensive, making it difficult to choose, but you can't go wrong with anything you select. Dinner here is wonderful, too.
