We're local to Seattle, but wanted to stay at the Georgetown Inn because we were getting married at a venue right around the corner. They were accommodating right from the start. We needed to get in a little earlier than the 3pm check in time, which was no problem. They just had us call in a half hour before to ensure there was a room available. Then, our wedding cake arrived at the venue, but the venue wasn't open. We were freaking out and thought we were going to have to cart the cake upstairs and put it in the hotel room by the air conditioning until the wedding. The hotel manager, Richard, made room in their refrigerator for our cake, which absolutely saved the cake and our day (thanks Richard!). The wedding/reception was fabulous, but we didn't eat much during the wedding. At around 2am we went down to the lobby and asked if there was any places nearby that were open all night, and there was! Square Knot Diner is right around the corner, which was a great place to eat. We were planning on going to a convenience store and getting some frozen burrito or something, so this was absolutely fabulous.
The accommodations were nice, clean, and orderly. I especially liked the quilted comforter they have on the beds.
