“Stay away if you know whats good for you”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

This place has no redeeming qualities I can think of whatsoever. How come one can't give zero stars on here?.. One star feels terribly generous..
If the new management represents themselves the way they have, I cringe (and become even more nauseated) to think of what the old management was like.

The biggest tragedy of this place to me is the face that is so damn expensive!! On any given night you can go on Priceline or Hotwire and bid yourself into a perfectly respectable place that would at least be somewhat clean and for much cheaper!!
Why do people subject themselves to this human rights violation of a company when there are so many obvious better choices for a lower price? It's beyond me.

Theres a litany of horrors that you should be prepared to face once checked into this "establishment" but they include being treated like worse than a common criminal (granted there seem to be a lot around, but most are just poor), both as a guest but especially as a visitor. The place smells absolutely terrible, many rooms don't have functioning smoke detectors, there is nary a complete and/or unbroken fixture of any kind to be found on the premises, noisy traffic, chipped/dangerous bathroom fixtures, wires dangling out of random walls, scary people lurking (employees and non employees), bedbugs, frayed smelly carpets.

The worst is the main manager Mr. Singh who treats customers and visitors with the utmost of contempt. Like he's doing you a favor by letting you stay there (at those prices!? please..). The whole guests pay $20 is understandable if someone chronically houses a family of 8 in each room, but when its a significant other who is obviously not causing any problems then where is the extra guest causing an extra financial burden on the hotel?
Also they keep your ID when a visitor checks in. Something which is sketchy and has no legal impetus so I would watch my credit reports for a while and make sure they're not using it for funny business..

In summary I could go on much longer but I've already rambled enough and I think you get the point.. STAY AWAY!!

We got into town late afternoon on July 16, found no hotels available due to events going on. After driving around and calling places, we called Everspring and Lo! they had a room - amazing.
Found out quickly why rooms were still available. Charging $65 was highway robbery - it wasn't even worth $25. Our room had a busted entry door. When i pointed this out to the lady in charged, she laughed and told me they had thrown out the new door BY ACCIDENT, and they were ordering a new one!!!! Door had cardboard taped outside and inside over a caved in area almost the length of the door itself. Well, we had no choice (it was 10:30 pm) but there were more surprises: when we pulled back the bedcover, the sheets were all wrinkled and the pillows were probably ten years old and flat; there was no mattress cover; the one piece kitchen cabinet/sink/fridge was flimsy, cabinet doors didn't close and shelves inside were dirty; the fridge looked like it hadn't been defrosted since??? The windows were single=pane and didn't keep out the noise. THe airconditioner/heater unit had no control knobs at all, so we just unplugged it. Basically it was the worst one i've ever stayed in.
PLEASE, PLEASE, KEEP COMPLAINING BECAUSE THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!!

Room Tip: Make sure to see the room before paying. Check the carpet, turn down the bedcover, check to see tha...

I stayed here several weeks. This is not your "normal" inn. It is very dirty, the towels are threadbare. There are no heaters in the rooms, you have to ask for a room heater. There are bed bugs in some of the rooms. There are burn marks on the sinks and tubs (I was in several rooms). The water temperature is dangerously hot, so beware if you have children. I personally would not bring a child here, Housekeeping doesn't clean often. The carpeting on the stairs is filthy. There are no working laundry facilities available. This facility is our tax payer dollars at some of their worst. Many families, in transition from homelessness or other circumstances, have vouchers to live here compliments of the county. There are many children, recovering and using addicts. The people are decent, but unaware that they deserve more than what they are given here. If you are seeking a place to sleep that is in close proximity to the downtown/UDistrict area and that is cheap, this is the place. It's interesting to say the least, safe enough (but you do have to be careful and aware) and you can shower.

Room Tip: Rooms away from the street are a must for quiet to sleep.

Well I have stayed here before and it seemed like a real nice atmosphere. It did have it's problems but the staff were making sure it was safe place. Now I recently went back and it said it was under new management. They raised the prices. Not good as far as customer service, there was blood on my sheets and I found a needle in my room with my newborn child. Not Happy!!!! I also overheard a man talking about his room hving bed bugs. As soon as I heard that it was time to go! If you want bad services, drug paraphernalia, expensive rooms rates and bloodon your sheets this iz tha place for you.

This is a bad place. I had stayed here a few times before a.d had no issues. I saw a sign that said under new management and figured i would try it again, Bad decision. Room was not clean and had a very bad smell. They charged way to much for the room to begin with. There was dirty sheets on my bed and I even had someone walk into my room. I stayed 45 minutes and drove up the street to another HOTEL! Room was cheaper and ten times nicer. DONT GO TO THE EVERSPRING!

Will I stay at the Everspring Inn the price was too much $75 for room and $15 for each person. I thing that is highway robbery!!!! Overall the hotel was not at all what it was suppose to be!!!! With new management!!!!!!!! P.S. If you have a crack friend the Everspring Inn is a good place to take her and bang her but I would recommend this for families. Don't let the quite fool you and if you don't believe me stay one night and check it out yourself. That's all folks!!!!!!!!!

You cant beat the value and the motel sits in a great location just minutes from downtown Seattle. I paid a daily rate of $45 + tax and stayed for 5 days. The front desk management presented themselves extremely professional and were very friendly & courteous, the room was clean and in good order. The Everspring Inn is definately a huge step up from other motels in the area when comparing the cleanliness, safety and service. I highly recomend this place!
