Olivar is a gem in the heart of Seattle. It is a wonderful tapas restaurant that features Basque flavors. Chef Philippe Thomlin is a magician, able to uniquely combine flavors to create wonderful dishes. We have never been disappointed by any of our numerous visits at his lovely restaurant.
His current summer menu is exquisite: the sea-scallops are so yummy, the merguez sausages all made in the kitchen are fantastic, as well as the sea-bass that was featured on the Specials board. And the toasted almond ice-cream is to die for...
And all of those very inspired and unique dishes are priced extremely reasonably.
