Our experience with Emerald Water Anglers was fantastic. There are lots of Seattle Area fishing guides but I chose Dave's Emerald Water Anglers because of the honest and personal way that he communicated on both e-mail and on the phone. He was helpful as my family was planning a one day fly fishing trip. My family, including my wife, young son, and teenage daughter, was well taken care of by Dave and his able assistant and chef, Ted. It would not have been as good as an experience for me if my family did not have a good time. We were novice fly fishers and needed lots of attention and the guides came through all day long. Emerald Water Anglers provided all the gear, transportation, and a wonderful river side hot lunch of grilled salmon and steak for a lump sum cost of $900. That is about average cost based on my research. We floated and fished for rainbow trout on the Snoqualmie River in two first class aluminum boats piloted by the guides, but there are many choices of trips and fishing. Check out their website.
