I would recommend this motel. It is nice and clean. The clerk was really nice and helpful - thanks Anthony!
Only real complaint would be the poor wifi coverage in our room. Coverage was good on the premises, but not in our corner room.
The neighborhood is kinda dodgy - a late night stroll might not be your best choice. But for overnite accommodation it is fine.

My husband and I spent a week in Washington, beginning and ending our trip in Seattle. Not being familiar with the area, I booked this hotel online thru Expedia. I will never do that again! The front desk clerk, Kelly, was helpful and service was ok. We actually arrived before the check in time (1:00pm) and were able to check in early which we appreciated. When we got to our room (225 I believe) all of the doors on the second floor were open. Not sure what they were doing, maybe trying to air out the rooms? We walked next door to the Taco Bell. On our way back we noticed some drug syringes laying on top of the bushes on the hotel grounds. The stairways were a little scary for me, being that they were around the corner and you never knew who/what might be lurking underneath. There were prostitutes roaming the streets in front of the hotel. Needless to say we were scared to be out in this area after dark and adjusted our plans accordingly. The carpet in the room was sticky from Lord knows what. We kept the window above the microwave/fridge closed as the people in the business behind the hotel could look right in and there wasn't a screen on the window. I had to hold our curtains closed with hair clips because I was scared of unwanted visitors looking in. All in all I did not feel safe at this hotel. I was scared to walk around the floor in bare feet. The pillows themselves (not the cases) looked to have some brown stains on them which was gross to me. The traffic outside the hotel was insane and a little dangerous too. This was not a pleasant experience and we will not visit this hotel again.

Room Tip: We were on the second floor, mid way down above office. It's a long walk to the stairs and the e...

Property has been well renovated. My only complaint is about the very loud air conditioning unit. Good value.
