PRO: Great location. Cute mico-room. Pretty friendly staff. Pretty decent room cost.
CON: Very loud hotel. My room was on the backside of the building. Street noise heard all night long. I have stayed in other hotels downtown so I know this is kind of a common problem and live in a major city so I know what I am getting into... but I think it was a parking garage enter/exit buzzer warning going off all the time. Not the general bus and car traffic downtown that is more easy to ignore. It drove me nuts.
I could also hear my neighbors talking through the walls.
Elevator smelled like puke in the morning... although I didn't see anything.
