Service: The service was very average. The staff were not friendly in particular, but they were helpful.

Room: The room was smaller than I'd expected. The carpet was dated. We were on the second floor. The bed was very comfortable, and had a white sheets which helps reassure me that it is spotless. There was no bath tub in the room, instead a small shower.

Breakfast: It was a great value to have the breakfast included. Breakfast was open from 6:30 am to 9:30 am in a dedicated room by the lobby. The menu included sausage, ham, eggs, DIY waffles, fruits, cereal, pastries, coffee/tea, juice. So, it was quite standard, and the breakfast room was packed on a Tuesday morning, mid-November.

Parking: There were not many parking spots, as you'd risk losing it if you were to leave the hotel for a few minutes. They allowed us to park until 3 pm after we checked out.

Location: It was a walking distance to the Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum, EMP, etc. Also, there was a 24/7 diner nearby. The location was near a construction site, but it was quiet all through the night.

Value: I did my reservation through Priceline, which came out to about $80. Parking was $18. I thought it was reasonably-priced, as it was very decent, clean, and family-friendly. No sketchy patrons. Also, they offered complimentary hot drinks 24/7.

We wanted a hotel near the Space Needle Seattle @ a reasonable price including breakfast & parking -this was satisfactory.
