Stay - 6 days

Pros
-Excellent location.
-Concierge and Doormen were friendly and helpful.
-Fair price.

Cons
-Bathroom had been upgraded, however, when the room above used the shower it would leak through the roof into our shower.
-Housekeeping visits were very irregular. Even missed one day.

Keith,
Thank you for your comments and for recognizing our staff. We are currently renovating our bathrooms which will address the leak issue you experienced.
I have passed your comments to our Executive Housekeeper so he may address the irregular attention to our room. We look forward to your next visit to Seattle.

Hyatt and Hilton sold out so I stayed here, lobby pictures looked ok. The carpets are full of stains, green mildew in AC (i covered with towel) and purchased a bottle of febreze at the local target to get rid off smell. Valet never came out, but instead found him inside checking the guest out. Parking is a block away. Other guest found it hard to explain room. bathroom small and tub badly recovered with some type of plastic. the dirty carpet is not secured under base boards. room walls in need of painting as they are very chipped and dirty. I will sleep with one eye open tonight! What a nightmare!

I read a lot of reviews before staying here & I admit, was a bit apprehensive but did so anyway because it was a great price for the area. For almost half the price of the fancier hotel I was extremely pleased! We stayed on the 8th floor, over looking the Library. Our room was small, but not nearly as small as people made it out to be. It was very neat and clean with down type duvet, bed & pillows comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom is small but they utilize the space nicely. AND IT WAS CLEAN, even the grout! We had daily room service for the 3 days we stayed. The wine reception, while we hoped to try some Washington wines, served Sonoma County, CA wines (Chardonney & Cab) being from CA we were still pleased. Service was spot on whatever we needed. Our luggage was held both before & after our stay so that we could enjoy a bit more of the city without lugging it. We even printed up our boarding passes, no charge, on the free guest computers. We had a great experience and would definately come back.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 8th floor and it appeared to be recently renovated, including bathroom. Nice room.

We were in this hotel for a couple of days. Staff efficient, good location but rooms very disagiated and uncomfortable. A lot of parts of the hotel were under construction...at the reception missed places for handicapped people.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, good price. We had the double, double room. Staff are excellent. Close to downtown you do have to walk up and down the hill 4 blocks, good exercise. Parking is about $27.00 a day, if you don't like driving in the city perfect location.

Pros- location!! It is located in downtown Seattle and you can walk to major shopping area and the market.

Cons- dirty room that was dated. wifi was free, but it was quite slow. Parking is not included in room rate, and the valet was not there the whole time we stayed, but there was discounted self parking.

Room Tip: MUST check out the library next door. You have to go here as each floor has some other amazing archi...

The Location of this Hotel was great - right in the middle of Downtown Seattle & conveniently located nearby main attractions and shopping. However, when we booked under the All Inclusive Package which should have included valet parking and continental breakfast for 2, when we arrived, we were told they were renovating and handed us a Starbucks Gift Card for $10. You cannot get breakfast anywhere for $5 per person. The main reason we choose this hotel was to have breakfast included because we were travelling on the next day. I left like they mislead us in that there would be breakfast when we booked. The rooms were very small and dingy for a downtown hotel. Overall, the price was not worth it for this hotel and the All Inclusive Package was a joke! Would not return to this hotel.
