Stressful unloading zone out front. So you run in hoping to get your vehicle out of the street asap and you meet Carmen the front desk queen. She didn't acknowledge me at all while she was reading something. She eventually looks up and asks me if she can help me. I say I have a reservation. She replies "Hold on a minute". After a minute she looks up and asks my last name. Eventually she confirms. Very cold. Very uninterested. Very bored. Please remind this lackluster employee that as the first person we see she is the face of your business. The bellmen we dealt with weren't much help either. My wife and I carried more items up 3 floors than they did. Also the bartender although knew how to make drinks informed us that he was tired because he was there all day and that he wanted to close early. We saw him roll his eyes when more guests arrived. I'm sure it had something to do with his girlfriend sitting at the bar. She got better attention than anyone else. Cmon people without your guests you have no income. Send in some undercover people if you don't believe me. Was a wet blanket on our 30th wedding anniversary. Will look elsewhere next time.
