Experienced a horrible night at this hotel.

Booked a 2 bed non smoking and was given a smoke filled 1 bed unit for our family of 5.

Complained and was told it was the last room left. After complaining more and was told the other open rooms were reserved for guests who paid more than we did.

The kids had to sleep on the floor.

Floors in stairway were filthy. Look like they haven't been swept in a month.

We opened windows and cranked heat to 80 and slept that way all night.

Never staying with this company again!!!

It is a great pleasure staying at Extended stay at Kennesaw were you have clean rooms and were the Manager and staff makes you feel welcome and were they will do everything they can do to make you feel at home.
I have been working in the Atlanta area since 2004 and have been staying at different motels trying to find a clean , safe place to stay close to work at a reasonable price. My stays can last up to a year.
I found the Extended Stay at Kennesaw 14 miles from my work , but it is well worth the drive .
Thank God I don't have to look any more for a place to stay when I am in the Atlanta area working.

The king size bed was just great. The TV and the internet was on time. The toaster and the coffee maker was just great. I really enjoyed the laundry room.it was very convenient. The refergerator and the stove also enabled me to feel like I was at home. And I really enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America- Atlanta- Kennesaw Town Center, 3000 George Busbee Parkway, Kennesaw, Ga. 30144.

1st time staying at this hotel with this franchise. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights renting out 2 rooms during the Labor Day weekend. The entrance, lobby, hallways and rooms had the typical smell of an older hotel. However, the property looked new from the outside and inside. The two rooms we rented were very well clean and spacious with sturdy and well maintained furniture. The only two issues we found were the toaster in 1 room did not work correctly and the light bulbs for two of the lamps in the other room needed to be replaced...these are minor issues. They were not replaced during our stay only because we intentionally left the 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign. The desk clerks were very professional and quickly processed our check-in and check-out. Also, the walls and doors do an excellent job of keeping the noise out. In addition, the price was perfect.

Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel to choose if you plan to visit downtown Atlanta or surrounding area. Clean, quiet, comfortable.
