“Generally very consistent!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013 via mobile

Wine bar is a great addition. A little pricey and sometimes inconsistent but a great neighborhood place with lots of parking. They've done a great job of giving it atmosphere considering they moved from a quaint old home to a shopping center. Go for the specials- they are usually always good.

“Capers Is Always Great!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

We have been eating at Capers for years, from when they opened at the old location in downtown Kennesaw, until now, at the new location. While the new location is very nice, much nicer than the old, I personally liked the quaintness of the old location, but oh well, that was then, this is now. The food and service is always good, with the menu items are all nicely seasoned. The steak and seafood specials are always good and the drinks contain a nice pour. It is one of a few really nice non-chain restaurants in the area, and highly recommend it for both lunch and dinner. Try it, you will not be sorry.

“Magnificent!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2012

My co-worker and I visited Caper's on a midday afternoon and everything was magnificent! The inviting decor, the staff, the food and the signature drinks. A wonderful spot in Kennesaw! I will go again and again and again....so should YOU!!

“Another wonderful meal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2012

Capers is an excellent restaurant. We always start off with the smoked salmon appetizer, which serves ample servings, or 6 if every one just has one serving on remoulade topped salmon on toast. The lamb chops are so tasty. The large portion is 8 chops, the smaller is 4. I ordered the larger, but took home half so I had another dinner to look forward to at home. The food is consistantly excellent. We spent under $200 on a birthday dinner for 5 people that included drinks, wine, appetizers, extra salads, entrees, and the tip. We could have spent less by ordering smaller portions but we had two whole dinners the next day, lamb chops, salmon topped with crab, creamed spinach, and gruyere potatoes au gratin. Totally worth every penny. The food is delicious. GO!

“Poor service and food”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2012

The first time we went to Capers the service and food was great. The last two times we have been there the service was awful. We were basically ignored from start to finish. We had to have another server get our server just to get a refill on our drinks,
I have had the chicken when it was very moist and seasoned perfectly. The last time it was dry and underseasoned. It tasted like it had been under a warmer for several hours. I do not desire to ever go back there again. If the service had been better I maybe would go back. Since neither the service or food was good, I won't go back. It wasn't even busy so there definintely was no excuse.
