Back in Feb 2012 I paid this company for a hot air balloon ride for my grandmother in FL for her 80th birthday (it was on her "bucket list"). My aunt who lives near her had seen their balloons around her area and gave me the info. I called the company and purchased over the phone. I was issued an email authorization form and certificate for my grandmother that was good for 2 years. When she called a few months later to schedule a date, they told her they "had left her area for the season and to call in the fall when they would be back." She called back in the fall and the phone number is no longer valid (says it's a generic telemarketing number and push a button if you wish to be removed, otherwise, someone will "call you back at this number".). She became concerned and called me. When I looked into it I see that there are many complaints and that this is definitely a scam. Not sure what to do next. Will contact my credit card company but don't expect they will be able to get it back either. Awful people!!!
