Your experience at our hotel is definitely not the typical guest experience at our hotel, as we take pride in making sure our hotel provides great service, and is clean and comfortable for all of our guests. Upon reading your review we immediately took action to find the problem and to resolve the issue.

“Love this hotel!”

Made a reservation after reading other's reviews (THANKS!) and they were correct, this is a lovely hotel, extremely clean and comfortable. Feels new. We were there for only one night as we traveled but would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable room, beds super nice. GREAT SHOPPING close by....ask the ladies at the desk for directions. (There's a short cut!) It is a little hard to find, you feel as if you're going into a residential neighborhood but with turn by turn directions from Google Maps, we found it with no problem, would have been difficult the first time at night. (Once you have the "short cut" to the shopping, you'll have a different access to the hotel.) Surrounded by restaurants, very close to the interstate but the hotel was nice and quiet.
