I take such comments seriously. Please accept my apologies for the issues you experienced during your stay. Your experience at our hotel is definitely not the typical guest experience at our hotel, as we take pride in making sure our hotel provides great service and is comfortable for all of our guests. To ensure that this does not occur again, I have retrained the entire team on giving great service and making sure that guest issues are resolved quickly.

“Stay again - Maybe”

It was clean enough and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only difficulty was the location, it was hard to find and harder to get to.
