For $35 a night via Priceline, this place can't be beat. It's clean, conveniently located, easy to get to and the price includes a continental breakfast with eggs and sausage available!

Also, as with all Marriot properties, all rooms are SMOKE FREE.

The SpringHill Suites offered the lowest price on an available suite in the Kennesaw area when I was looking for a hotel online. I stayed one night, so I can't comment on the maid service, but I can comment on other aspects of this hotel.

The hotel appears to be relatively new. It was probably built about 2-3 years ago at the most. Check-in went smoothly--no surprises. Overall, our room was very clean and had a fresh appearance, with the exception of a tub in need of scrubbing. Another problem with the room was that there were two TV's and only one had a remote. I asked front desk staff about this and they informed me that there was only one remote per room. However, they allowed me to have another remote upon request. That remote only worked for about two seconds, though. I guess it had weak batteries. The room included an iron and ironing board, a sofabed, desk, small fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, and two phones. Also, I would advise bringing your own pillow if you stay at this hotel, as I found the pillows, especially the one that goes on the sofabed, to be very uncomfortable and flat. The sofabed itself, however, was one of the more comfortable ones I've had to sleep on.

The hotel has a small exercise room and a pool, neither of which I used. Breakfast was decent, with choice of hot oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, toast, waffles, biscuits, pastries, etc. Breakfast is served until 10:30 on weekends.

The location of this hotel is right at the main entrance of Kennesaw State University right off of I-75. There are numerous restaurants and convenience stores very close by, and about a mile away on Barrett Parkway, there is a mall and much more commercialism.

We stayed on Christmas Eve to visit friends in the area. Check in was quick and accomodating. Our room was exactly as requested. Very clean, not even much sign of wear and tear. Quiet, too, and we were next to the elevator. The rooms are a bit small if you're using the sofa bed, but great for a night or two. The bathtub was big enough for a bubble bath. The kitchen area was great (fridge and microwave) for getting things ready to take with us for a party.
Breakfast was great. Omelets, sausage, muffins, bicuits and gravy, cereal (hot and cold), make-your-own waffle station and a coffee machine with espresso options! Awesome for a 'lobby breakfast room.'
I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is convenient, but not in the heart of the retail mecca that defines Barrett Parkway, one exit south. Nothing is too far away, but you aren't in traffic just trying to get out of the parking lot.

Everything you would expect from a Marriott property. I guess the best review you could get is a returning customer. And I do.
