What an incredible place to stay when you are in Seward, AK! It currently is a single room for 2 people but it is so quaint and beautiful that you feel like you are in your own home. The room is entirely done in wood with a huge wood platform bed that was so comfortable after a day of hiking on the Exit Glacier! It has so many unique touches and the proprieters are great, down to earth people. He is a builder and she is a massage therapist. They are currently in the process of building (by hand - themselves) a new B&B property right next to their home. I hope I can go back soon and stay in the new place. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to get away, wake up with the beach (in Alaska) right outside your window, Orca Whales swimming in the bay and absolute quiet!

We absolutley loved the Alaska Paddle Inn. The room was very cozy and the bed was especially comfortable. The owners Alison and Alan were very friendly and made reccomendations on what to do while in Seward. The room was very neat and tidy and decorated in Alaska style. They have a wonderful view of Reseruction Bay. We saw bald eagles, sea otters, sea lions and porpoise right out in front of there place. We walked the beach everyday. We caught halibut on a charter and BBQ'd it on the patio in the backyard. We highly reccomend it to anyone going to Seward.
