We were not that crazy about this restaurant. I know, at any seasonal tourist town, you expect to pay premium prices, but we expect our money's worth. We decided to sit at the bar and I did have a delicious bison burger, however the service was just mediocre ( lots of eye rolling from staff about other customers) and a general feeling that they couldn't wait to get thru the season.
I think the chef-owner has some great innovative ideas about sharing the Alaska cuisine experience, but I think he needs to pay attention to what goes on outside of the kitchen. We were actually there twice and this lack of service was apparent both times.
