My husband and I stayed here Memorial Day weekend and found this to be a very cost efficient, clean, and cozy place to stay. Seward is a beautiful town and though this hotel isn't located right on the harbor, it's location is pretty centralized. It is within reasonable walking distance to both the downtown area (coffee shops, Alaska Sealife Center, bars, and restaurants) and to the harbor area (additional restaurants and gift shops along with cruise and tour checkpoints). The room decor along with the whole hotel vibe was that of the outdoors...more like a cabin then the run of the mill plain jane hotel room. We would definitely stay there again!
