We just stayed in unit #223 at Casa de Emdeko and were very satisfied with it. It was clean and comfortable, and has a partial ocean view. A disadvantage of the location of this unit in the building itself is that the occupants of 16 of the 19 units on that level have to walk past the bedroom of the unit to get to and from the entrance and at night this is an annoyance. The property is very well-maintained -- lovely gardens, nice little beach area and 2 pools. Having to pick up the key from a different location when you first arrive is a bit inconvenient, esp. if you arrive at night; also, there's no one on site to help if there was a problem. On the whole though, it was a good experience, and the price was right -- we paid $120/night.
