“so interesting!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

It has been a few years, but this is such a fasinating experience, and there is so much to see. The awsome ocean rider sea horse farm is near by also...a must see!

“Interesting .....”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

When we were there no tour & no guide. There are some interesting exhibits. We might try again just to get the whole experience that others have had.

“A giant infomercial.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 16, 2012 via mobile

Some of the information about the OTEC and buildings was interesting, however half the presentation was about companies leasing the land. Companies that make vitamins or sell water. And they literally showed us infomercials for the companies. Some were the style infomercials that pretend to be news segments. At the end they said that all their funding came from leasing the land and the water to these companies. Sad state of affairs.

“Good bye coal, hello alt. Energy.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2012 via mobile

It's a free 1 1/2 - 2 hours watching/discussing other energy (solar, wind, cold water, ect.) They have a 5 million grant and renting space. You need to see why.

“Interesting Attraction”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2012

Very interesting attraction if you want something different than the usual beach activities. Our speaker Jane was great - very knowledgeable. Look for the big solar panels.
