We loved this hotel!! Stayed here in 2007 for our honeymoon. The room had a jetted tub, AC, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The views from the balconies were the most beautiful I had ever seen! I had to put a differen date in because the website doesn't go back to 2007 but I really wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay here!

This condo was perfect. We were situated at the water with our lanai literally right over the lava on the west side of this island with waves crashing constantly. The lanai is private so if you like to hang out watching the waves crash and if you are lucky like us a huge pod of dolphins swimming by it doesn't get any better. The condo comes with everything you can imagine you'd need from beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, coolers, cooler packs, etc. We were greated with a lovely welcome package from the owners and had amazing service from Kathy & Jay who were available to answer all of our questions before going. We were there duing the recent Tsunami Warning from the earthquake in BC and it was so well organized. Thanks to Kaleo the local contact who called us to tell us we needed to leave and then 10 mins later we got a knock on our door to get out and head to higher ground. Luckily no big waves hit our side of the island and we were able to head back about 5 hours later. The complex itself has 3 pools, tennis courts and grills to bbq all of the delicious fresh fish! We highly recommend this complex and this particular suite for couples, families or anyone looking for an amazing retreat. It is central - 5 mins to a snorkel beach, 1 hour to n.kohala white sand beaches, 2.5hrs to hilo and the volcano and 45 mins to a southern snorkel beach. Plus you are right by the bay where the fair winds and hale kai depart for snorkel trips.

After picking up our rental car from the airport we had about a 30 minute drive via the coast road through the lovely town of Kailua-Kona to our destination.
My wife and I arrived at the entrance to this fantastic resort and was greated by a really nice guy who was very helpful and provided us with plenty of useful information.
We were handed our key to the condo (1704) as well as a key for the air-conditioner which adds an additional $25 per night for usage. My tip is to hand the air-conditioner key back in as you don't really need it! There is allocated covered parking right ouside your condo. We entered the condo and we were amazed with the space and features provided. The view was absolutely stunning. Sure the decor was a little "dated" but this was insignificant considering everything else that was available. A rental car is a must during your stay if really want to be independant.There is a great tour desk available at reception if you don't have a car.
I will definitely be coming back to this fabulous spot. Absolute Gold!

We loved this condo. The view couldn't have been better, and the unit was spacious and comfortable. Our toaster broke and the property manager brought over a new one first thing the next morning - very responsive. If there is a downside, it is that it's not walking distance to Kona, but for many that would be a bonus. We'd use the same condo again in a heartbeat.
