We stayed there with a group of friends in the beginning of summer and were stunned! This is a beautiful old house with huge rooms - all renovated, perfectly clean and very very cozy. The hosts Ventsi and Toni couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Their food is amazing and is all homemade - herbal tea, jams, yoghurt, and the most delicious kavarma (pork stew)! After dinner they will welcome you to their spectacular wine cellar - a cave carved into the limestone and connected to the house. Hundreds of candles, old beech tables and chairs, iron chandeliers, the local red wine, and all of us singing - this was a once in a lifetime experience! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a close look up into the best of the country's traditions and culture.
