“Good raclette and fondue place - gluten intolerance no problem”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

We were a party of 6 having Raclette and Meat Fondue. Two suffered from gluten intolerance but that was not a problem. The salad was served with plain dressing and the various sauces provided with the fondue were also gluten free as well as the french fries. The food was excellent - possibly too much - and the staff was very friendly and observant.

“Fine dining light, thumbs up”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2013

After a few mediocre meals at very tourist trappish establishments in Solden, my visit to W&D was a pleasant surprised. Food was of a very high quality, almost worthy of a fine dining tag. We had pumpkin soup for starter and steaks as main, with wine and coffee, clocking in at €60 per person. A bit pricey, but that's acceptable as long as value is being delivered. If your in Solden looking for a quality dinner without a tacky après ski environment, this is your spot.

“The Best in Town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013

We had two excellent evening meals here, off a very good menu -not cheapest option we found in Solden, but very high standard of presentation and service.

“Best steaks in Solden”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2013

We had dinner a Wine and Dine with a group of 6. Each had different steaks and the quality was excellent. Also good small salads and potato wedges. Nice, big space with comfortable sitting booths. Slightly more expensive than other places in Solden but certainly worth it. This definitely was the best food we had in Solden.

“A nice place for a fondue evening”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013 via mobile

We had a really nice evening with good wine and tasty fondue. This was by far the best reataurant we tried during our one week visit to Sölden.
