I was a bit aprehensive about this trip. We booked with Crystel & we didn't know much about the resort. I am a bit of a clean freak and refuse to stay anywhere that shows even a hint of dirty or grime.. We arrived here & were more than plesantly surprised. We had missed dinner so the staff had put fruit & sandwiches in our rooms. The staff were excellent & I was delighted to find the rooms were to a high standard with regard cleanliness.
The hotel is situated about 100m from the slopes which doesn't seem like alot but when you are wearing ski boots it can be a struggle. But in the evening the sauna in the hotel helped with the tired bones. There is no swimming pool in the hotel but the local pool is not far ask any of the staff for information.
We were on a half board bases but we were giving enough food to feed a small army & it was excellent quality.
This is a family run hotel & you really get the feeling of family once you enter. I recommend this to everyone... A perfect location, Perfect service & an excellent holiday.

My wife and I stayed at the Park for 7 days in June 2009 on a Crystal "Taste Of Tirol" package. We've had several ski holidays in other Austrian resorts but this was our first visit to Austria in the Summer. We thought the package was excellent value, we really liked St Johann and we enjoyed staying at the Park so much that we're thinking of going back there for our next ski holiday.

We were particularly impressed by:
- convenient location (close to town and ski lifts)
- spacious and comfortably furnished rooms
- exceptionally friendly and efficient service
- consistently high quality of food
- generous freebies (packed lunches, tea/coffee all day, drinks at dinner)
- reasonable bar prices (by Austrian standards)
- free tap water with meals

Minor niggles/points to be aware of:
- some traffic noise depending on room location
- shower in Junior Suite not designed for those of average+ height
- limited menu choice

only booked 10 days previously. food great, staff friendly ,rooms comfortable , nice bar and great lounge were they serve tea in the afternoon. also has sky tv. If you go there make sure you get THE TASTE OF TIROL package.this includes trips to Hitlers Eagles Nest hide out. A trip to Trimmle Falls and a day in Salzberg a trip on the cable car plus lots more(read there site)

This is the only place I've ever stopped where they actively catered for my gluten free diet. The waitresses were knowledgeable, ensuring that I did not eat anything I shouldn't, chef provided appropriate meals even to the extent of supplying gluten free bread. The hotel was spotlessly clean and yet there was never anyone bustling about with hoovers etc. how do they do it? As a single traveller I usually get a pokey room over the kitchen etc, this was a spacious room with balcony, cable TV, separate toilet/bathroom.
