The Allegra has a very pleasant vibe going on. The restaurant is warm and cozy in terms of design. The walls are covered with American art and souvenirs and the sitting lay out is diner-ish with comfortable sofas on the wall end of the table.
The food is absolutely wonderful. Although the menu is rather limited, the courses are all gems! The courses are beautifully designed and very inviting and the taste is nothing less than perfect. We especially enjoyed the delicious tomato soup with a green garlicky topping, the tomato and mozzarella salad is rather big with a very good dressing. If you are hungry don’t miss the steak with pepper sauce – it's great, the penne with shrimps is also very good. Just work your way through the menu – you can't mistake.
Only one comment: there are only two waiters and when the place start to get filled you can wait a bit..
