The rooms in the Sheraton are nice but standard. I've stayed in better Sheratons but it was better than our room at the W. The hotel itself is large but the staff is not too friendly. (Staff at the W hotel are much friendlier and happier) They were renovating on the main floor near to starbucks so at times we couldn't use the front entrance.
The hotel is right on Canal street so it's in a great location. Beds are very comfortable but rooms are not big (We didn't get the queen we reserved but the double beds worked out). The shower had very low pressure and the tub kept clogging so the relaxing factor was not quite there. Parking is also crazy expensive and we were over charged. Trying to get that fixed. NOLA hotels have not impressed us at all.
