Upon entering this hotel there was a horrible smell in the lobby, an old musty smell. Check in was fine, reception staff didn't seem keen on making a conservation and didn't bother to speak when entering or exiting the hotel. The room was not nice and needs a lot of work! The bathroom was covered in hair which was vile! And the shower didn't work the entire time, but I don't think I would want to get in the bathtub anyway! The room however in a great location for bourbon street and majority of New Orleans attractions! However this does mean that the rooms are likely to be noisy at night, had a bad thunderstorm when we were there, which was scary as this hotel is so old! Don't think I would stay here again!
