This was our second stay at Bourbon Orleans. It is a great hotel in a great location. This will be our hotel of choice on all of our New Orleans visits. The $42 a night valet seems alot but parking at any of the hotels will cost you. Also, must recommend Madina's food was wonderful

We had other friends who had previously stayed at the Bourbon Orleans, and raved about their experience. As it turns out, they were absolutely right. The Bourbon Orleans is a great boutique hotel perfectly located a block away from Bourbon Street. The Services and amenities were excellent. I cannot commend enough how friendly and accommodating the entire staff is. Everyone made you feel very welcome. The location is a convenient walk to everywhere -- the French Market, Cafe du Monde, the Jazz River Boats and even Harrahs (a bit of a walk, but doable), and of course all the great restaurants in the area. We'll be back!

This was meant to be a romantic and fun birthday weekend for my wife and I and we were given a room facing the pool for a bit more quiet and calming atmosphere but what proved to be the case was the two connecting rooms across the hall contained a bachelorette weekend group that felt it was appropriate to "party" in the hall outside our room and theirs instead of inside from 2:30am until 5:30am Friday and Saturday and Sunday. After calls to security each night plus my wife opening the door to try and give them an idea that they should go inside or back down to the bars we finally had some peace only to have it repeated the next night. Given that we were not the only guests on the hall this weekend and that we had complained numerous times our expectations for a hotel of this caliber and price would be that they monitor situations like this and do all they can to keep ALL guests comfortable, relaxed and rested. This ended up being a very expensive sleep deprived weekend without the rest and relaxation we desired.

Great visit with friends, I have been to NOLA many times but had not stayed at the Bourbon Orleans. Great location, easily accessible to all attractions. The staff was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The only issue was breakfast, over priced for what was offered on the buffet. I realize the hotel is not "known" for their food and there are many other places to eat; but if your in a rush and needing to eat quick it is not a great option. I would return in the future, and recommend to others.
